2016 CMS Satisfaction Survey Available

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is once again conducting their annual survey of Medicare Administrative Contractors (MAC) performance and requesting feedback from the provider community through the MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI).

The MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) is the best way to share your opinions of CMS service directly with CMS. This survey should only take about 10 minutes.

We encourage all Medicare Providers of service as well as their office staff members who work with National Government Services Medicare to participate in the survey!

 How to Take the Survey:

• Go to NGSMedicare.com and click on the banner “The MSI Survey Is Here”
• Scroll down and select the “JK MSI Survey” banner.
