Radiology for Podiatry Assistants is Going Virtual! Apply Today.

This course is open to all DPMs within NYS.

Virtual Radiology Course

Podiatric assistants can now get certified online to assist in DPM radiology tasks. Register for the radiology course for unlicensed individuals today. This course is offered in partnership between NYSPMA's own Foundation for Podiatric Medicine and NYCPM (the New York College of Podiatric Medicine). 

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old
2.  Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent or Post-Secondary Diploma– Attach a copy of a diploma or GED or equivalent (higher ed diplomas cannot be accepted at this time- it must be a high school diploma). 
3.  Applicants must be of good moral character – Supply letter from a supervising DPM attesting to the character of the applicant.
4.  Applications must be submitted in completion. We do not accept applications that do not have all four necessary components (Registration form, application, HS diploma or equivalent, letter of moral character, and supervising DPM attestation form) or are submitted in piecemeal.
