Argentum and ASHA Press Trump Administration on Immigration Program

Argentum is leading the charge in addressing senior living workforce immigration concerns. After hearing from several senior living operators about the immediate termination of the CHNV parole program by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which rescinded the permission for affected employees to remain in the U.S. along with their work authorizations, Argentum took decisive action. Last Tuesday, Argentum, in collaboration with ASHA, sent a joint letter to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. The letter urged the administration to delay the termination of immigration status for one year for those employed in senior living communities, highlighting the critical role these workers play in the industry.
