NGS Refines Routine Foot Care LCD Again

National Government Services (NGS) has refined LCD 33636 again and added several new codes. These changes are in place and will be retroactive to October 1.
The codes are as follows: E08.42, E09.42, E09.51, E10.42, E10.51, E10.610, E11.42, E11.51, E11.610, E13.42, I70.201, I70.202, I70.203, I70.90, I70.291, I70.292 and I70.293.

Some claims for routine foot care and debridement of nails have been processed incorrectly by NGS since the transition to ICD-10. NGS is correcting these errors. NGS will adjust the claims to pay correctly. No provider action is necessary.
