When and where is the NY27 Clinical Conference?

The NY27 Clinical Conference is January 22-24, 2027 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, NY. There is also pre-conference programming at the Marriott Marquis on Thursday, January 21, 2027.

 

Is there a room block reserved for attendees at the Marriott Marquis?

Where do I pick up my conference badge?

To pick up your badge, please visit our registration counter on the 6th Floor at the Clinical Conference during any of the following times.

Thursday, January 21st – 2:00-7:00pm

Friday, January 22nd – 7:00am-5:30pm

Saturday, January 23rd – 7:00am-5:30pm

Sunday, January 24th – 7:00am-4:30pm

 

What is the dress code?

We recommend business casual dress at the NY27 Clinical Conference.

 

Is PICA offering a Risk Management Lecture? How do I get my 15% discount?

This year, the Risk Management Lecture, presented by PICA, will be offered during the General Lectures on Friday, January 22nd from 10:30-11:30am in the Astor Ballroom on the 7th Floor of the Marriott Marquis. 

For PICA policy holders, in order to receive your 15% premium credit, you must attend the course AND complete the Annual Baseline Self-Assessment (ABSA). The assessment is free and will be emailed to all who attend the course at the NY27 Clinical Conference.

Will there be food served at NY27?

Although coffee will be served at designated breaks in the Exhibit Hall during the conference, meals are not included with your registration.

Sponsors can opt to add food and beverage to their sponsored events. All sponsored events at NY27 will be announced on the conference website, including information on how to RSVP.

 

How many CECH contact hours can I earn at NY27?

Attendees at the NY26 Clinical Conference can earn up to 29.5 CECH contact hours. To earn CECH, attendees must have their badge scanned at designated times during the conference. A breakdown of total contact hours can be found below.

I can no longer attend the NY27 Clinical Conference, can I cancel my registration?

Yes, individuals can cancel their registration up until Friday, December 18, 2026. All cancellations will incur a $99 cancellation fee.

 

Can I purchase a pass just to the Exhibit Hall?

If you are an Office Assistant, you can purchase an Exhibitor Hall Only registration pass for $199.

 

Will you mail badges to me prior to the Clinical Conference?

We no longer mail badges prior to the Clinical Conference. To pick up your badge, please visit our registration counter on the 6th Floor at the Clinical Conference during any of the following times.

 

When will I receive my CECH certificate after the NY27 Conference?

CECH certificates will be emailed in early March 2027 to those who complete their post-event survey. Surveys will be emailed to all attendees at the conclusion of the conference.

 

Will there be any virtual programming available from NY27?

At this time, there is no plan to offer any virtual programming from NY27. All programming will be held in-person at the Marriott Marquis.

 

What happens if it snows during the conference?

We fully expect the event to go on as planned, even if winter weather rolls in. The only exception would be if New York City declares a state of emergency that prevents us from holding the event. If that happens, we’ll notify all attendees as soon as possible. Please note that refunds will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled.

 

I have special accessibility needs, can you accommodate me?

When is the Exhibit Hall open?

The Exhibit Hall is located on the 6th and 7th floors and is open during the following times.

  • Friday, January 22nd: 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday, January 23rd: 9:30am – 7:30pm
  • Sunday, January 24th: 8:00am – 10:30am

 

Are children allowed at the Conference? 

We will be holding a Family Hour on Saturday, January 23rd from 4:30–6:30pm in the Exhibit Hall (Levels 6 and 7). Children accompanied by a registered adult attendee are welcome during this window; all other conference spaces remain restricted to registered attendees, and children must be supervised at all times. We kindly ask that you do not bring children to the Conference outside of Family Hour.

 

What happens if there is an issue scanning my badge?

Individuals who have an issue scanning their badge at the Clinical Conference can submit a Missed Scan Form. Missed scan forms will be available after the Conference.
